The user interface card project that was completed in class, was to teach us about the what information is important when advertising or trying to gain attention from users. When doing this we used a lot of the same techniques as we did on pervious projects. Using a text hierarchy to decide which pieces of information needing to be seen first.

In the example above, the information most important is the name of the band. I made the text for this larger than the rest of the text so that it is instantly recognisable. The next part that was enlarged was the “Buy Now” and the “Learn More” sections, these are arguably the most important parts as you want the viewer to click on which is why they are in contrast to the rest of the design.
