All the points, lines and planes used here are also examples Fibonacci Sequence as they increase in size. The Fibonacci Sequence dates back as early as 200BC, it is named after the Italian mathematician Leonardo of Pisa who was later known as Fibonacci.

The Fibonacci sequence consists of a sequence of numbers where the following number is the previous two added together, this forms a pattern (0 , 1 , 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 , 8 , 13 , 21 , 34 , 55 , 89 , 144 etc). When used in design it can be used as a ruler or guide to making sure objects scale well together and are appealing to the human eye.

The Fibonacci Sequence is a method of scaling that can still help in modern design. It can be used throughout the design process to help decide what are the appropriate proportions for a website, app or posters. It is a method that I am going to continue using in my work and I hope it will help me to effectively scale and proportion my future projects.
